Worked with Eddie with my puppy in his 4-6 weeks board and train. He worked with him to get him use to kennel training, sit , down , and leash training. My dog is a bit of a nut case so Eddie made sure to have a follow up with me and make sure he’s doing alright still. Since then my pup has still been working and knows all those commands and glad , I can still reach out to them with any questions I have ! I recommend the team for puppy or adult dogs as I seen some of his pack on training days!

Eddie and his team really tamed the beast with our Frenchie. When we got him back he was a calmer and very obedient puppy. Definitely looking forward to having a well trained companion. Eddie has been an excellent teacher throughout our entire time together. My dog Max really warmed up to him and absorbed all of his teachings, and I felt the new routine for us was very straightforward to digest and flexible enough to adjust our lives to. Both dog and owner need to be retrained in a sense. I would recommend Eddie to anyone and everyone I know. The IE dog whisperer!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Eddie, the owner and trainer at Critical Thinking Dog Training Services, and we couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Our sheepadoodle puppy was 3 months old at the time we worked with Eddie.
Eddie's expertise and dedication are evident from the moment you meet him. He has a unique ability to connect with both dogs and their owners, making the training process enjoyable and effective for everyone involved. He met with our whole family (kids and grandparents too) for the intro meeting and provided us with a 101 session. We decided to do the 2 week board and train to help our dog with confidence building, potty training, and general training.
Eddie's training methods are rooted in positive reinforcement and critical thinking, which not only help in teaching dogs new commands but also in fostering a deeper understanding and stronger bond between pets and their owners. Our dog responded incredibly well to his techniques, showing significant improvements in behavior and obedience after just two weeks of Eddie’s board and train program.
What sets Eddie apart is his positivity, patience and personalized approach. He takes the time to understand each dog's personality and tailors his training methods to suit their specific needs. He also provides clear instructions and practical advice for maintaining progress at home, ensuring long-term success. Speaking of long term, Eddie is definitely invested in our dog’s future because he makes himself available long after the training program is complete. We still call Eddie when we have questions, or if we need to go out of town and need a safe and reliable boarding place for our dog. Our dog is now 5 months old and is very well adjusted and quick when it comes to learning tricks thanks to Eddie!

Eddie absolutely provided us with a second chance with our baby Gambit. We were having a lot of aggressiveness problems as well as structure and boundary setting problems with Gambit. We reached out to Eddie because we realized that this was a life our death situation with our boy. Eddie absolutely provided us with so much knowledge and so many tools to get Gambit to where he needs to be!!!! He came home with a totally different energy and attitude after we did the 7 week boarding program. He’s a totally different dog in the most positive way!!!!! He is doing things I never thought in a million years he would ever do and it has been absolutely fantastic and my wife and I are so happy and cry tears of joy with how much positive change Gambit has had. I work with him every day and Gambit continues to get better every day!!! It is also very reassuring to know that Eddie is always there if we have any questions or concerns, he is more than willing to help no matter what time of day !!!!!
