I cannot say enough how much Kevin and his wife helped my 2 year old Rottweiler!! Their board and train changes our lives for the better! My rotty developed reactivity to women and other dogs while on her leash, making it hard to go the places we love. After 3 weeks with Kevin this behavior is broken and she is an absolute gem on leash. She has mastered “place”, staying put even with doors wide open. She has learned so many skills. She came back fully e-collar trained, I received lessons and we both get lifetime lessons if we need support! Their facility is fully fenced with an awesome, new clean building with spacious kennels with indoor and outdoor areas for the dogs. They get lots of exercise and play. I highly recommend CRK9 for your dog’s needs!! I also boarded my other dog there for a week and it was wonderful.

I am so incredibly grateful for Kevin's expertise. I was in over my head with a 6-year-old male Blue Heeler I had just gotten from the shelter. So of course, he came with baggage I wasn't able to deal with on my own. Kevin worked with me and Jackson once a week for 9 sessions and the results were absolutely amazing. The compliments I get from people for how well-mannered Jackson has become are all due to Kevin's training methods. Just 2 months ago I had a "Cujo" dog I really didn't think I would be able to keep. Kevin gave me the tools to keep going with confidence. And Jackson is now a permanent part of my family. Thank you, Kevin, you rescued us both!!!

Kevin and Allie did amazing work with my rescue bully, Arlo at their board and train program. After being on the streets and not knowing his background, I rescued my boy around the age of 4 and he came with dog reactivity and a hard time trusting dogs that came into his space without feeling like he had to defend himself. He also had severe separation anxiety from me. I couldn’t leave his eye sight without him getting super anxious, crying and barking until I returned. This caused some pretty major issues after moving to Idaho and wanting to enjoy the hiking trails without constant anxiety and worry if an off leash dog ran up to us and how arlo would react. Kevin worked with him daily to reinforce strong basic commands which would translate during high stress situations and teach him how to manage his emotions and avoid negative/aggressive reactions. Arlo has been a completely different dog since returning home. Although we still have some dog anxiety to work through… he doesn’t aggressively react anymore and he’s been able to be in the same room as another dog and keep his cool. This is huge! I can also place him out in the trails or in a crowded store and walk away without him moving an inch until I return. This never would have happened prior to his training and I can’t say thank you enough to Kevin and Allie.

Kevin and Allie are awesome. They explained everything to us, answered all our questions along the way, shared progress videos regularly, and gave us the same 1on1 training our dog got so we were on the same page as him. We sent our 5 year old dog to CRK9 for the 3-4 week training because of his social and separation anxieties, which pretty much made it impossible to take him anywhere. His anxieties were due to his overall lack of training and consistency on our part as dog owners, so we sought CRK9's help in teaching him the things we didn't/couldn't. Kevin and Allie have shown him how to be comfortable and confident, and taught us how to be as well. He's such a good boy and finally has the skills to channel his energy in a healthy way. We're so glad we brought him here because deserves to have a happy, fun, and comfortable life too. Highly recommend CRK9 if you're struggling to give your dog the tools and skills they need, their boarding program is well worth it. If you just need a few pointers, they do 1on1 sessions by the hour too.
