FirstBarkMatt worked very patiently with Josie our Black Lab. She was very high strung and pretty much out of control and Matt helped us get her to be a really good dog.

I’m having some aggression issues from my dogs. Husband and I found this place and I figured the help we needed would be more than they offered. I reached out for advice and I was told I needed an animal behaviorist. Cool I knew I wasn’t going to get the help I needed. So I decided to ask for recommendations cause we have a child in the home and are desperate for help. They respond no I don’t. Instead of helping or giving advice so I can get on the right path and keep everyone safe, I was just told I don’t know.

In 2010 i purchased my first retriever a Yellow Lab for hunting. I was lucky enough to have him recommended to me. Since then I have had 3 Labs personally with Cross Creek and directed another 6 Labs to them. My 1st Lab was Master and Finished title. When this all began i didn't know anything about the quality of the training my Lab and I were getting. It wasn't until several years of Matt running my 1st lab in HRC/AKC hunt test did i recognize and realize I had the right trainer and training facility. The witnessed a reoccurring event time after time at almost every hunt test my lab was at. I would see other Pro Trainers talk to Matt about a problem they were having with a dog and get either his opinion on how to fix it and or Matt would offer his time and place for them to come out to so they could work on the problem. To me that is a Trainer for Trainers and thankful he was my 1st and only Trainer. Thank You Cross Creek Kennels
Matt and Helena did a great job obedience training our second dog. Highly recommend them for gun dog training or basic obedience.
