Loved manners classes with our teacher. That part was a great experience! Most of the people there were very kind. We ended up skipping the last 2 classes because we were critiqued on more than one occasion by a member (not our teacher) about how to handle our dog who was in manners class for a reason. After the most recent critique we decided to not return to finish the classes. The instructor was AMAZING. Because of our experience with that member, we will not return for additional classes.

I've gone there for agility, rally, and scent work trials. I've only ever encountered one unpleasant person (and at that, it was several years ago) but the rest have been super nice and welcoming. I don't hesitate to enter their events.
