Cultured Canine Dog Training

Cultured Canine has been such a blessing to our dog Woods! My fiancé and I were calling out of work constantly due to our dog barking non stop in our apartment and destroying the room when we tried to go to work. We found Cultured Canine around September and put woods in daycare when we had to work. In the past few months he has shown drastic improvement while at home. We have even managed to go grocery shopping for over an hour without him making a sound in his kennel. This was next to impossible a few months ago. Several friends and family members have also commented on how much more relaxed and calm Woods is when they come over. We have also used their boarding services which is impeccable. I have less anxiety concerning my sweet boy now knowing that he is in fully capable hands and is having a great time at daycare with his new friends. I couldn’t recommend this place more to all pet parents. Cultured Canine has helped my fiancé and I more than they know and I will always be appreciative to the wonderful staff here. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

When we got our Border Collie puppy, we quickly realized we needed help with training. After researching and reading bios of several area trainers, we decided on Cultured Canine. We made the perfect choice! Annissia and her team are just who we needed. In a matter of minutes after meeting us for the first time, she knew exactly what we were dealing with and exactly what to do. We did several weekly private lessons until Zoey was old enough to go into the board and train obedience class and off leash training. We are so pleased with her training and the expertise and knowledge of Annissia and her staff. I have said many times that Cultured Canine was a God send to us. Zoey loves to go there for daycare and boarding. And she is such a sweet, mannerly puppy thanks to CC. We feel very lucky to have found them.

Annissia is the best thing that could have ever happened to me and Cora! I got Cora when she was already 4.5 months old, so we got a late start to our boundary setting and communication skills. When that cute shy puppy turned into a total maniac, and after many times being dragged around by a 50lb lab trying to make friends with everything that moved, I decided we needed some help. We started with the single, one-on-one classes, and Annissia taught us how to communicate with our pup. I wanted to really hammer down, and up her level of obedience training, so off to puppy school (inboard) she went. It was so obvious how much Cora already loved Annissia, she didn't even look back when we dropped her off. Throughout her entire 4 week stay, Annissia (and her helpers) were constantly sending me pictures, videos, and funny quirks they were loving about her. By week two, she was already a totally different dog. Annissia brought us in a few times to train *us*, and was so patient with the things we just weren't getting.("Heel" is a doozy.) It wasn't harsh or strict, it was super relaxed and full of laughs. Once we were finally comfortable enough to bring her home, Annissia was always there when I had any questions and was even checking in herself to see how things were going, and cheering us on! We met out in public a week later and practiced just existing out in public, and she was a total rock star. (And Cora was almost more excited to see Annissia after that week than she was to see us after her 4 week stay previously.) Annissia is so so awesome, she really has a way with dogs and she's so passionate about what she does. Cora's still her happy, goofy, go-lucky self, just way more well-mannered! I've recommended Cultured Canine to everyone who's asked, I couldn't recommend them enough!
