Cultured Canine Dog Training

We had never left our dogs with anyone other than family prior to cultured canine. So we were nervous to drop them off for an extended stay. Annissia was amazing with both of our dogs! They stayed at cultured canine for about 5 weeks for inboard training. To say our dogs were out of control prior to training was an understatement. I honestly felt bad for Annissia when we dropped them off. We still have work to do on our own. But the dogs we got back were much more well-behaved than the dogs we dropped off. We can now calmly walk them on leash. And they have learned other valuable skills such as place and extended sit stay and down stay. One of our dogs has a high prey drive and for 4 years we had to keep the dogs and cats in the home separated by a baby gate. Since training we have had the tools to help integrate everyone. We still have to keep an eye on Sophie as she cannot be left unsupervised with cats, but overall the training has been life-changing for us! We highly recommend Annissia and cultured canine. The dogs LOVE her and she is not afraid to work with difficult cases.We received lots of pictures and updates of their progress while they were in their care.

I have a dog with...incredible anxiety. He is the sweetest, most affable, friendly little guy on the planet - but I could do absolutely nothing for his separation anxiety, weather fear, or other situations where it just felt like his body was present and panicking but his brain was somewhere entirely different. I tried CBD treats, tramadol, and clonidine. Nothing touched the anxiety. After a particularly rough day, I decided we couldn't continue this way and that I wasn't equipped to make things better on my own. After reading lots of websites and reviews, Cultured Canine seemed like a great place to try. After a meet and greet, he spent 4 weeks at CC and some one-on-one training with Annissia, he is a different dog! His anxiety is severe enough that it is going to take continued training at home (free touch up lessons included!) but at the end of the day, they taught him how to bring the panic down a few notches, gave him a fantastic baseline for listening to and following directions, and then Annissia taught ME how to communicate with HIM. It's been nothing short of life changing for me and, I hope, for a pup who is just wonderful but very challenging! Already planning on bringing my second dog for private lessons to make some headway on bad habits she has from being a bit too spoiled!
