⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’d tried group classes, multiple trainers, and YouTube rabbit holes before finding Curated Canines. Nothing stuck. Within the first week of the board and train program, I saw more progress than I had in two years. Kylah doesn’t just train your dog, she trains the relationship. My dog came home calm, focused, and listening in the real world: busy streets, other dogs, real distractions. The behavior modification work she does is next-level, especially for reactive dogs. The investment paid for itself in reduced stress alone. I actually enjoy my dog now. If you’re on the fence about a board and train in San Diego, this is the one.
I boarded my dog with Kylah up in Portland OR and had a great experience. My dog is quite stubborn but has learned a lot of new skills and is overall much easier to work with now. Her recall is more reliable and she knows the place command really well.

We adopted a two-year-old doodle from the Humane Society and she was near perfect, but she was extremely reactive to other dogs. It started to make walks difficult and unenjoyable. I reached out to Kylah and she was incredibly helpful. After a couple sessions, and commitment to following her directions while at home, our dog was able to walk peacefully. It’s been amazing and I’m so grateful. Kylah is personable and articulated lessons in a way that made it very easy for me to implement the tools.
