This is the only place that I will board my Cane Corso. Sara the owner is very knowledgeable on dog training. I brought in a Cane Corso I had just adopted and he had some serious separation anxiety along with dog reactivity. Sara has worked with me and my dog to get him to being a good dog who is a pleasure to walk, who doesn't bark at everyone and everything. Awesome place great care of my dog during boarding, pictures sent to me. Training updates and videos during long stays with day training. The best place to take your dog for boarding and/or training.

I started my dog Chloe with day training, did a two week e-collar board and train, and now she is back to once a week day training. She is reactive to almost everything (cats, chickens, bikes, trucks) but especially dogs. Sarah has made huge strides with Chloe and her reactivity. She can be near cats and chickens with no reaction. She still gets a little excited about some dogs, but she very rarely barks at them anymore. Her progress with Chloe has made our relationship so much more enjoyable because I don’t feel reluctant to take her places where other dogs might be. Along the way, she has also trained her obedience in loose leash walking, sit stays, and recall. Sarah’s prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of training and time she spends with her board and train dogs. Chloe always has a full, fun day at day training and for only $45! Sarah is communicative and texts throughout the day what Chloe is up to and includes pictures/videos. Chloe participates in Barn Hunt and other scentwork sports. I’ve noticed an improvement in her performance at practices and trials because she is no longer melting down around other dogs. Instead she can focus on me and the sport. Sarah has started offering Barn Hunt intros and practices now, which we do with her too. We’ve also benefited from pack walks and out and about group obedience sessions that Sarah offers periodically.

Sarah is hands down the BEST dog trainer I have ever worked with. I have 2 rescues- one is a Belgian Malinois and another one is a shepherd mix, and both of them have some reactivity issues. I have tried so many dog trainers in the past 5 years in the Vancouver, Portland, even to Canby, including in home training, private lessons, day training, group lessons, board and train. We spent so much money on their training but never really have the outcomes we wanted. What we ran into was either the trainer had really poor communication and never got back to us or the trainer kept being unavailable so we couldn’t have consistent lessons. I am so glad we found Sarah. She is so kind, responsive, knowledgeable about dogs, especially Malinois and shepherd (you know how important this is if you have a maligator), very flexible, willing to go above and beyond in helping us, and super reasonable rate. I am so grateful for her and trust her with my babies! If you are looking for training, Sarah is truly the best!
