Custom-K9 Bay Area Dog Training & Boarding

Jeff, Marwa and Beckie have been wonderful in helping us get a handle on training our 2 dogs, Penny and Benny. We now feel more confident in being able to take our dogs out to different places with the training and commands that Jeff helped all of us learn. Our dogs are such valuable members of our family, and we want to be able to take them more places which we now feel that we will be able to do. We are really grateful for the Custom K-9 Team and Jeff for their help.

Jeff is amazing. We brought our dog to him for a board and train and then did private sessions, group trainings and daycare once a week over the past year and a half. We had adopted a dog who had just lost her front leg at the SPCA and had been living on the streets and never been trained. We were in love with her but we didn't know if we were going to be able to keep her because her behaviors were so challenging and we were under so much stress at the time. He has become an enormous support to us. He's helped to transform our dog's behavior issues and has given us confidence and tools to understand her and help her learn and get through very difficult circumstances. He is a dog whisperer and always goes above and beyond to help us and our dog with whatever we need. We would and do recommend him to everyone.

I reached out to Custom K9 after trying two other training programs, and I’m so glad I did. Their evaluation process really impressed me—they took the time to assess my boy and placed him in the right level of training. Jeff was amazing to work with. He even met us at a park near my home and got straight into training. I learned the fundamentals right away, and my Westy and I were able to start practicing immediately. I saw improvements in Westy’s behavior and obedience almost right away. I now feel comfortable walking him off leash, and his reactivity has decreased significantly. We have been using Custom K9 for about 7 months now. We love it, but Rocky loves it more! Jeff is great, the front office (Beckie) is great. Rocky goes to day care twice a week and we have boarded him a couple of times. He comes home tired and happy from his training and playing with his doggie buddies! I can't say enough good things about them! Jeff is extremely knowledgeable regarding dogs and training. Beckie and Jeff treat Rocky as their own which warms my heart. Rocky has done so well with him over the months getting better and better with his training .. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else!
