D&G Dog Training

We have used D & G for two foster dogs and our dog we adopted. Shannon is great and we highly recommend for all dogs! Also: We recently took a new class for “trick training” with instructor Marjorie—we recommend this class also if you want to have fun with your dog beyond obedience. We’ve learned how to teach basic elements of tricks and then the progressions to do even more. It’s been fun for our dog and fun for me!

Shannon and this facility are remarkable. She is so skilled and an excellent communicator. We have a 3 yr male Labradoodle, a pandemic dog who is reactive and highly anxious around other dogs. His frequent barking had become a major issue in our household. Shannon assessed him, was confident she could help, and we saw improvement with even one session. After 3, there was an 80% improvement. He learned to walk on the leash without pulllng, not leap up on people when greeting them, and not barking at every dog and delivery man coming within 70’ of our house. Shannon is wonderful. I highly recommend her. It’s well worth the drive out there and a cool facility.
