Dances with Dogs

Brittany helped us tremendously with our adorable but stubborn 6-year-old beagle mix, Bailey. From the initial consultation through the ten sessions she worked with him and us, Brittany was highly professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. She listened closely to our concerns (reactive behaviors such as barking at and pulling towards other dogs on walks and going after any and all people food). She was incredibly thoughtful and flexible in finding and helping us implement effective solutions that were non-punitive in nature and therefore did not threaten Bailey’s strong bond with us. Should we need a booster session at some point to address any new concerns, we will certainly reach out to Brittany in the future. And most importantly, Bailey LOVED her!

We booked with Brittany because her reviews encouraged us that our rescue pups would feel safe and that they'd look forward to training with her. We really wanted someone to see them in their home environment so they could assess their behaviors in real life. Brittany was curious and made every effort to understand what is driving our dogs' behaviors and to build a training approach tailored to their needs. Our dogs made great progress with her and we highly recommend her training services!
