Daniel De La Rosa - Dogs

Daniel is both extremely knowledgeable and professional! He is currently training my dog to be a service dog, and more than that, showing me how to train him and explain why he does things the way he does. He is very calm and consistent and has given me confidence to be the same kind of leader for my dog. My dog looks forward to seeing Daniel all the time and I can't say enough good things about him.

If I were to accurately rate Daniel… I’d give him 10 stars out of 5!!!! I brought him a very shy, timid, and small miniature schnauzer. She wasn’t very food motivated, so it was hard to train her. In my heart I didn’t know if the 20 sessions would be enough to get her where I wanted her to be. Daniel is a true dog whisperer! I had a lot of bad habits as the handler, and Daniel corrected my behavior with grace and humility. Now Arrow and I are approaching the end of our 20 sessions and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Living with a disability and never having a service dog, this new dog-supported lifestyle has made me by and large a happier person. My dog, who once barked at babies, now lives with an obvious sense of peace, closeness, confidence and purpose. She now comes with me to school, to the library, and even to funerals. The training was difficult and time consuming, but I’d recommend it without a moment’s hesitation. If you want every day with your dog to feel like a miracle, Daniel is your man!! 🥰😘

It’s hard to adequately put into words the wonderful experience we had with Daniel. We have a Shih Tzu puppy and wanted to get her trained well. My daughter had used Daniel for her Golden-doodle a few years ago and spoke so highly of him. I called and Daniel took so much time on the phone, answering all our questions so patiently. When we met him we knew he was the real deal. My husband wears orange which is the support color for MS as a family member has MS. When Daniel heard this, every time we went there he was wearing orange. It touched my heart in a very big way. It’s funny that when I first met him I told Daniel that this was the dog that would probably cause him to retire. He smiled. Being able to watch sessions live on Facebook was so wonderful, and with each one I could see our baby learning and doing everything that was asked of her. It was really hard to believe. When we had our little visits with her while she was there what really struck me was that although she was happy to see us she stayed close to Daniel. That really told me everything. We picked her up yesterday And cannot be happier with her behavior. Daniel will continue to meet with us to reinforce for some more visits, which I didn’t even realize was going to happen, and I’m very happy about it. It was interesting one day we went to visit her and there was a stretch limo out front in front of his house. I was joking around saying it must be a celebrity, and only got a smile in return. It was obvious that people came from everywhere to have their dogs trained by Daniel. I honestly never review anything, but knew that I had to write this, which may not even adequately describe just how fabulous he is.
