Dauntless Dog Training

I have not been to this business since 2021. This morning I received payment confirmation for a transaction conducted yesterday. I did not purchase anything from this business yesterday. When I reached out via email about the mysterious confirmation, I was told that I came in yesterday and paid for it in person. Wow. When I told them this was not true, they told me someone with my first name, last name, and same name as my dog had come in last night and purchased a class. What are the odds of this happening? The owner then refused to speak with me further on the matter, despite the obvious legal and criminal implications of this potential identity theft. This owner is more concerned with my calling her employees "incompetent," than working with me to resolve this issue that was not a result of any action on my part. Beware. This is the type of behavior that supports, facilitates, and protects criminal activity. She has accused me of omitting several important fact. What facts did I omit that you believe are relevant?

Big should out to Dauntless Dog Training and their incredible staff! I brought my senior rescue baby in for a consultation for his reactivity and leash pulling. They immediately resized his collar, gave us a few tips and recommended we join the beginner obedience class. I was nervous for the classes due to his reactivity but the trainers were patient and encouraging every step of the way. We now enjoy walks, his reactivity is to a minimum and I am not nervous when other dogs get too close. Big shout out to the team, Casey, Angela, Jacob and Zach who all shared in our adventure. My dog is so much more well behaved now, I have way more control and I definitely was trained to be a much better leader for my dog. I would recommend this place 10000x over for anyone who wants their dogs to have better training. Thanks again team! Hope to join a fun tricks class in the future!

We would be lost without the help and guidance of Dauntless Dogs Training. We rescued a 18 month mix breed and she was so shy and scared of everything. I signed Spice up for the 10 day training/day care combo and it was well worth it. Spice initially wouldn’t even get out of the car when I took her and Angie (co-owner/trainer) was so kind to come outside to try some new techniques. Few weeks later, Spice is marching into daycare like a boss. During her training sessions (that take place during daycare), she learned all the essential commands that were then taught to us by the amazing owner/head trainer Casey during a private lesson. I had questions that came up during the weeks and the team was quick to give helpful advice on the portal messages. One of the messages was that our walks were a stressful disaster , so Casey suggested a new type of collar and gave me specific tips for Spice. Mission accomplished , it was a game changer. Spice continues to improve in her confidence every week and I’m proud of what she’s accomplished , thanks to Dauntless Dogs. She was recently a Facebook star on their page to highlight what Dauntless Dogs is capable of! For a busy working family, this was the way to go. Our young daughter is also thriving on learning how to care/train her first dog. We will continue to take her to daycare so she can play with the new friends she’s made (and not hide in crates like she used to). I also signed her up for the group class: Bold Beginners to continue her training. Spice has transformed from a scared dog into a dog who feels safe, empowered, and capable. I came to Dauntless earlier this year with my 1.5 year old shepherd who was experiencing some fear reactivity to dogs and people. Through consistent group classes her confidence grew and we greatly improved her skills in navigating the world. My confidence grew as a handler as well. We love Casey and the whole team at Dauntless, they care about every dog that comes through their doors and will patiently work with you to help you reach your goals with your dog.
