Regarding the scent in our facility, as a training and daycare center for dogs, natural odors can occasionally be present. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and our team diligently works to ensure regular cleaning. However, completely eliminating odors at all times can be challenging in our line of work. We understand your comments about the size of our facility. While we are smaller than some centers, this allows us to offer more personalized and focused training for each dog. Our commitment is to provide the best possible care and training within our space. In terms of training effectiveness, it's crucial that pet owners consistently follow the trainers' instructions. We noticed that during your time with us, despite being the only ones in your class to not pass initially, we offered a retake of the class at no additional charge. This decision was made in good faith, aiming to provide every opportunity for success, even when our training instructions were not fully adhered to. As for your concerns about differential treatment and training rates, we assure you that all dogs are treated with equal care and dedication. Our pricing remains consistent for all clients, though we do offer a referral program and partnerships with local businesses and rescues, which provide discounts to a diverse range of clients. It's also important to note that we haven't had the opportunity to work with you or receive feedback for a year, and much has improved since then. We believe in continuous improvement and would have appreciated the chance to address any issues during or right after your engagement with us, especially, when after your second class you had said only positive things and discussed moving on to the next level of training with us. We're sorry your experience was not as positive as we aim for. We value all our clients and their pets and hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy about us upholding the terms of our contract. We understand that this may be frustrating, but we take our contractual obligations seriously and strive to ensure that all parties are treated fairly. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify our position and explain again that you have signed our contract on three separate occasions explaining our refund policy and we did give you a partial refund despite this. Our trainers both have small dogs and all of the daycare dogs have proven that they can interact with the small dogs safely, otherwise they would not be present in our playgroups. Your dog's safety was never a concern when we suggested a different day, we simply recommended that your small dog would likely enjoy another day that had other dogs her size present, and also stated in that email that we could discuss it further in person, but that never happened before you requested your refund from your package purchase in January. We apologize if this has caused any inconvenience or frustration to you. We value your business and as previously stated via email, your package will remain valid for several more months should you change your mind.
