Do the trainers have experience with Welch Terriers? What age should puppy classes be started?
We have worked with Welsh Terriers. Our puppy classes begin at 8 weeks of age. We believe early socialization in a safe environment,confidence building and building a solid foundation for training and obedience is extremely important. Please feel free to contact us if you have any more questions!

When researching the puppy breed I wanted, I knew I needed all the help I could get, as I have never owned a dog before, let alone the dog-cat, a Shiba Inu! I knew that socialization would be absolutely essential, especially amidst the pandemic. Dauntless Dogs were one of the only trainers in the area who offered in person group classes, with reasonable group class prices; I cannot rave enough to my friends and family how amazing Casey and Angie are! I could immediately tell how well-versed they were in every dog they regularly see. They listen to any and every concern (even if it may seem trivial, don’t be afraid to ask!) and they always address/answer to you with an individualized approach depending on your dog/breed (even within a group class). They both have grown to love Nara and her sassy (yet a social butterfly) personality. Nara started with Polite Puppy class at 12 weeks old, and we have completed the Beginner and Nosework classes soon after. She has also been attending daycare regularly and nearly jumps out of the car to greet Sammy at 7:30am! I cannot recommend and accredit Dauntless Dogs enough for the tools and advice I have been given to raise my diva-princess dog! I really do believe that Nara’s personality was shaped as well-rounded dog due to Casey and Angie’s guidance! (Pic of her in a field is her first day before puppy class)

I was on the fence about puppy training, but I'm so glad I decided to take our airedale terrier puppy here. Casey and the team are passionate about what they do and provide individual training tips for each dog. They are currently expanding to offer even more classes and services. If we hadn't moved from the area, we would have kept our dog with Casey and his programs. I also highly recommend the daycare - dogs get mini training sessions throughout the day and it is very structured.
Sending our lab there for training, staff is great!
I absolutely love the trainers here! They're patient, caring, professional, very responsive, very knowledgeable; I can't say enough. I started with the Bold Beginners Class and learned a lot and made vast improvements with my fur baby. I plan to continue with them for future classes to continue her training. Thank you guys! You're amazing!
