Dawg Boss, LLC

Dawg Boss helped us understand our dog's reactivity to strangers in the first lesson! We have had issues with our dogs barking and reacting to people coming into our home and fear of people and other dogs in general. Within moments our dogs loved Brittney as she immediately understood their reactivity and was able to help us build their confidence instantly. We highly recommend Dawg Boss for all of your training needs! On our final lesson, we introduced our dog to scent work and she loved every second of it! Our dogs really trusted Brittney and were eager to work with her! They had so much fun training and now we are excited to have more stress free adventures with them with all of the knowledge we have gained from working with Dawg Boss!

Brittany changed my life!! I was exhausted trying to figure out ways to calm my dog (fear-based aggression) and taking him on walks was getting to be too much for me because he would freak out at almost every person. Brittany worked patiently with me and helped create a reward-based system for my dog. Over the course of 6 lessons, he has improved immensely and rarely pops off at people on his walks. When he does it is very manageable using the techniques Brittany taught me. She also helped me crate train my dog. She said he had one of the worst cases of crate aversion she had ever seen, and now he goes into his crate calmly and does not make a peep! For dogs that need more than a reward based system she has tips and tools for that as well. I still practice the lessons she taught me, as it is an ongoing lifelong training that needs to be done daily. Anyone who has a dog NEEDS Brittany. She is very patient, kind, and responsive. She is flexible with scheduling and comes to your home.

Brittney has completely changed the way I understand dogs through education, help, and kindness over the few months I’ve known her. I got my puppy from her a while back and I wouldn’t call her a perfect dog by any means - she’s a pretty great little girl. She already had a great foundation of training (like all the big things - potty trained, sit, down, wait, recall, no jumping, etc) when I picked her up and Britt made sure I had the tools to continue to teach my puppy how to behave while also allowing her to grow the way she would naturally. She’s not just a really disciplined, trustworthy, knowledgeable trainer, she’s also just a really good person and I couldn’t be more grateful just for having met her. Couldn’t recommend her more emphatically!
