Trisha is an amazing dog trainer. She has taught my dog and myself how to be a team, Zuko trusts me and obeys me like I am the only one in the world. However, my biggest concern was that he still had his personality.....he loves to backsass, talk and smile at people. He knows how to DOG now with his goofy personality in tact. I can't say enough good things about her program!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Update: I spoke with Trisha in regards to a communication concern and she offered to meet with KC and I to try to overcome the concern I am having...Trisha is extremely caring about what she does and she wants all of her clients (dogs included) to be successful. I have learned that communication is very important to her for our success. She provides you with the tools you need for both you and your dog to succeed but you have to do your part. You can tell she loves what she does. I went from having an extremely reactive service dog to a service dog that I can now walk off leash. If you are looking for an obedience trainer you can count on Trisha, she will ALWAYS be there when you need her. KC and I still have a ways to go but it's more about training me now which we work on daily. Thank you Trisha for continuing to help KC and I. Great Job!!!

I cannot thank Trisha enough for giving me and my dog confidence to be around other dogs, large crowds, etc. My Australian shepherd is super sweet, but he was difficult to walk on a leash and would be reactive towards other dogs while he was on a leash. I was quite nervous because I was moving out of state within a short period, but luckily I was able to work with Trisha for 7 sessions and I can honestly say my Aussie is night and day since he went through training. He will heal, walk calmly on a leash and he was able to do group training to the Farmers Market. Trisha was a God send and I cannot thank her enough! I highly recommend Dawg Phonics to anyone looking for a fantastic trainer who cares about her clients and their dogs.

We were overwhelmed with a 40 pound rescue 10 month old puppy that loved jumping on us. We could keep her attention for any sort of training. Trisha came in and the first five minutes were a miracle. She had to teach us how to teach our Belle. I continue to take Belle to the complimentary group classes 2x per week to keep up on her new skills. Trisha knows dogs and can spot drama on the spot. We are blessed to have her as part of our journey.
