Dean's List K9 Training LLC

We cannot tell you how pleased we are with Deans List. We completed the 6 week private lessons with trainer Mackenzie and are super happy with the results. We rescued a black one year old lab who was an angel inside the house but had no leash manners, was reactive to wild life and other dogs, and vocal/wild in public. We now have the most perfect dog. We take him out in public with us every chance we get, he is calm, well behaved, listens, walks beautifully on a leash and it’s all thanks to Deans List and trainer Mackenzie. They guide you through each training session and leave you with homework to do with you and your pup. Mackenzie was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, bubbly and kind. She was very good at communicating with us and checked in for updates on our homework and would always respond if we had any questions. Deans List is definitely worth the price you pay and I would 1000% use them again because not only are they knowledge about training your dog but they are also so kind and personable.

I am WAY overdue on this review. DLK9 is simply amazing. I've been working with them since I brought my 12 week old puppy home. We did the puppy hybrid package where Savannah came to my house for private lessons until my dog was six months old (which really helped us get a solid foundation from the get go). Then, at six months, my pup went for a four week board and train where she lived at Savannah's house and quite literally became part of the family. There she was trained in advanced obedience and off leash skills. Also, every trainer at DLK9 worked with her so that her stills weren't handler dependent. To this day, she will follow a command from whoever is holding the leash and I love that so much. Post board and train, we had a few follow up private lessons. Today, we continue to use DLK9 for day training, boarding, structured day care and Adventure club to maintain all the training. Also, Savannah and I talk almost daily and she's always so willing to offer advice and cheer us on... as are all the other trainers at DLK9. I really can't say enough good things about them. They are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend!
