Absolutely love it. Trainers are friendly, yet blunt, some say this is due to arrogance, I say it's because they know what they're doing and they know it. My Ozzydog is behaving much better both at home and in public after just 2 weeks of manners classes and I cant wait to see what more they can teach me! I'll be staying with them for the foreseeable future no doubt.
