If you're looking for an AMAZING dog trainer, look no further than Diana Diep! My pup Sol who is an 80 pound American Staffordshire/Pitbull Terrier mix suffers from severe allergies, and I was worried about leaving him in someone else's care for five weeks. But from the moment I met Diana, I knew that he would be in good hands. Diana was incredibly responsive, shared live updates, and took such great care of Sol during his board and train program. She was able to manage his flare-ups and gave him extra special care, which put my mind at ease. I could tell that she truly cared about him and wanted him to be happy and healthy while he was with her. When she dropped off Sol, we were thrilled with the results. Diana had done an incredible job with him, and his behavior was vastly improved. He completely changed and was better-behaved, more responsive to commands, socialized with other dogs, and was much more obedient. But what really stood out to us was the extra care that Diana had taken with Sol's allergies. She had managed them so well, and we could tell that she had really gone above and beyond to make sure that he was comfortable and healthy during his stay. Overall, I cannot recommend Diana enough. She is an expert in her field and truly cares about the dogs she works with. If you're looking for a dog trainer who is professional, knowledgeable, and caring, Diana is the one to choose. She will take great care of your dog and help them become the best version of themselves!

Diana is fantastic. She is a people-person and a dog-person, which makes training with her a total joy. I found her way of communicating techniques to be extremely clear and though of course you too have to be diligent in your training with your own dog, I was so pleased (shocked!) to find how quickly certain behaviors turned around. Our main objectives were desensitization on walks and door arrival, as he is an overly enthusiastic Labrador.. My time with her -- and in turn, my time working with my puppy -- was fun, watching him progress so quickly was exciting, and I'm so thankful for her help. She offers different training options (in-home sessions with her and your dog, boarding at her facility) and packages (1 / 5 / 8) and makes it easy to find the right one for you and your dog. Once we got to the end of my package (I got 5 sessions with her), she was 0% pushy about tacking on more and was confident that if we wanted to approach or re-approach techniques that weren't work, we could do so in time. Though I'm confident I now have the tools to work with my dog even more on my own, I hope I get the chance to work with Diana again.

Kona + Sky are polar opposites with vastly different personalities and strength/weaknesses. We had done extensive training with our dog trainer in AZ, but knew with our move to LA we needed to find someone locally to help us become better handlers to navigate the pups through the big city life. 3 main things that drew us to Diana: her calm energy, relationship based balance training, and extensive knowledge in reactivity/anxiety. After our initial consult, we agreed sending K+S to Diana for day training was necessary to create a game plan. This is a big deal for us, because Diana wasn’t dismissing our previous training, instead she is taking the time to build her bond with each pup, understand their past training, and figure out how we can build upon it. We did 5 private sessions over a span of 3 months. This gave us time to work with each pup and have timely check-ins with Diana. We had very specific goals and made tremendous strides towards it. Dog training never ends. We have good days and bad days. Diana has helped strengthen our bond and communication with K+S that sets all of us up for success. We are so grateful to have met her and look forward to continuing on our training journey together!

I had my Frenchie BT with Diana. He was showing a lot of behavior problems (guarding things and people, he would not allow us to have people over at home and when on walks he was the protector. He also showed aggression at home lunging at people and sensitivity to putting anything on his body.) I took him to lessons at facilities he was always on great behavior. Graduated every class. But the behavior issues would not go away. We did try 4 trainers before Diana and nothing worked. I was honestly thinking of re homing my pup. Diana was the first trainer that did behavior modifications and it worked. She started training at her facility and there he showed no behaviors so then took him to her home and there, she was able to see what we where experiencing. After training, he does not react he listens and we are able to have people over with out any issues. Diana did an amazing job and addressed all issues we had with our dog. Also through out the training she kept us informed of training sessions. She sent videos of success and of failures, how to correct training and praise for good behavior. My pup is a changed guy and it is all thanks to Diana. I would 1000% recommend her with any issues that you might be experiencing with your dog.

We have worked with several trainings in SoCal and Diana has been our favorite trainer to work with. She is extremely organized, knowledgeable, and patient. She knows how to work the root of the behavior issues, and create counter conditioning methods that really work the brain. Our mini Aussie, Leia, is an excitable dog that struggled with settling skills. But, by being consistent with Diana’s program, Leia is finally calm around other dogs, and in crowded environments. Pack walks use to be extremely tough for our excited girl, but now she is able to self regulate and wind down, and focus on walking in a heel. Leia is finally a calmer, happier, and more confident girl. Thank you Deep Connection K9 for everything !!!!!!
