FirstBarkNever showed for pup training but charged us in full in advance. She never responds to texts or calls and ended up cheating us of our money. We have complaints registered through PayPal and other officials. Stay away from this con- artist!

I have a very grumpy senior dog who was not the easiest at all to groom & not once did she get frustrated or upset, she took her time & it really really made a difference in his experience. She went way above the time she had scheduled for him to make sure he was looking handsome & feeling handsome! I have another pup who is experiencing some owies on his feet, not only did she handle him with complete care but also went home from our appointment & researched what could be causing his feet issues, got some products that may help & brought them back over for us, all free of charge. If I could rate her 10 stars I would. Absolutely the best! 🌟
