I brought my aussie, Saber, here and Travis really helped get her to respond rapidly, enjoy training and made it simple enough to understand the reasoning behind the actions rather than just expecting to follow what he was saying and to not question it. Highly highly recommend Travis and Ashley if youre trying to get some obedience training, service animal trainings, or any of the other types of trainings they have available. They really want to see you and your puppy succeed and build a bond together.

I have used Deridder Dog Training for a rescue who was surrendered mainly due to lack of training. My dog is an amazing dog because she and I can communicate better and not only did she had training but at Deridder Dog Training I, the dog owner, also had training. We did the board and train and they kept me informed on how my dog, Daisy, was doing. The two weeks I had her before the training was a bit rough, and she about dislocated my shoulder on a walk. I can say today she walks beautifully. It is because I learned how to communicate with Daisy on the walks, and that is what the trainers help develop. It is how to build a positive relationship between the dog and owner. I would highly recommend these trainers, and if my family grows to include more pups, I would consider them again. I learn so much while we go over the training sessions.
