Deridder Dog training Studio

I wanted to leave this review to really highlight how great the trainers are at DeRidder dog training studio 🤍 I brought in my shiba inu (who are notorious for being some of the worst dogs to train🥲) for boarding to help with his potty training and anxiety. He kept having accidents indoors and would either pull on the leash or sit and refuse to move on walks. His first week of boarding he was so nervous, but he has absolutely blossomed and turned into such a confident well mannered dog!! Even though we originally only took him just for potty/anxiety, the trainers have taught him so many obedience lessons that I have gotten so many compliments from his vet techs and people who knew him beforehand! I feel so much more confident with my little guy and he has learned tricks and changed his behavior i didn’t know was even possible 😭 I didn’t know they would help as much as they did 🤍 If you are having problems with your dog please consider going to give these guys a visit !!

Just picked up my crazy mutts yesterday and have started working on them at home. I thought there was witchcraft involved when I came to get them and they stayed in place! I feel like I got the perfect life coaches for managing my animals - they gave me a head start on training and the tools and instructions I needed to better communicate and set boundaries in the house. One of my dogs has a history of aggression and they even worked with having her share spaces with other dogs. Lots of work ahead but very impressed with the results already! Planned during a trip I was taking so it was a great value at about $1000 for 8 days of boarding, training, and equipment for 2 dogs.
