I will never go to any other trainer for any dog that I get. Kevin first trained my frenchie who was 3 y/o and already stuck In his way when he started training him. He worked wonders. My dogs are ALWAYS treated like family when they are with them. They pour EVERYTHING they have into their clients and are truly made for this. Kevin recently trained my 2.5 y/o female American Bully who had minimal contact with people and who was abused by a male before we had gotten her and I’ve never seen a dog transform the way she did with her separation anxiety, her distrust in men, Kevin put everything he had into her to help her overcome those fears and to be the best dog for us. He NEVER hesitates to help his clients even years later down the road if they are having issues with their dogs. I’ve called him MANY times since having ours trained and he’s always jumped right in with helping us right then and there. His Wife Renee, is also an angel. She LOVES these babies. I ugly cried dropping my frenchie off when they were training him because I had never been apart from him since I had gotten him when he was a baby and Renee just loved all over him and I knew I never had a thing to worry about. Anytime we go over there now with him He runs strait to the door to see where she is so he can get all the loves from her. She pours her heart into these dogs making sure that they continue to get the love and maybe even a little extra love while they are there with them training. I would not trust my dogs with anyone else but them. Thank you for all you do, DCK! You deserve 10/5 stars!

We enrolled our Corso pup in Kevin’s obedience and protection training programs, and two months in, we are absolutely sold on his techniques. Our pup is much calmer, more focused, and definitely more obedient. We really appreciate how Kevin involves us directly in the training process so we can continue reinforcing everything at home. It has been a great experience so far, and we’re excited to see our pup progress through the next phase of training. We would absolutely recommend his training programs to anyone looking for effective, hands-on training for their dog.

He is the third trainer for my Dutch Sheppard that I rescued almost a year ago. Being in a shelter for 2 months, he became very aggressive. He got kicked out from the boot camp I signed him up right after I adopted him. He was people aggressive and I was told to get rid of him. After two weeks of trainings with Kevin, I am able to take him with me to feed outside animals without him trying to attack my horses. He sits well while I am working outside. Kevin takes time to explain his training strategies which helps me to stick to his instructions. He is willing to work with your needs to modify his training sessions. I highly recommend him, especially if you have dogs with problems. .

Overpriced and Ineffective imo. Owner, Kevin Truitt, kept my dog a total of 7.5 months for what was suppose to be a 16-week training. Kevin did not communicate efficiently nor did he maintain professionalism. Ultimately, my AKC registered Doberman Pinscher could not perform all of the functions as described in the contract. The business does not publish a refund policy so be sure to ask about one in case your dog’s performance is unsatisfactory. I do not recommend Diamond Cut Kennels.
