Just finished our 5th puppy class and Gracie is progressing well. The instructors present a variety of exercises and provide helpful individualized feedback as we work with our pups. At the end of the last few sessions the pups were able to experience some of the agility tasks. Gracie loved this part! I have trained a dog before and could have done it at home. However, I value the opportunity for her to learn amidst all the stimulation of new place and sounds and puppies. I also value the feedback I get from the instructors so I can improve my technique, and hence, my puppies success. We are grateful to have such an incredible facility and skilled training professionals in our community.

The trainer was good, very nice, and seemed knowledgeable but we weren't fond of the class overall. It felt like every week was the same thing over and over with little difference. It seems silly to focus on the same things for 6 weeks to me, as if we aren't expected to work with our dogs at home between classes or something. Granted it was only a puppy class, but I still felt like I could have just gone to the first class and been given everything I needed for the rest of it. It was not worth the money charged. We will be trying somewhere else for the rest of my pups classes.
