This is a fake review from Alex Czika, an ex-boyfriend of one of our staff. He is creating multiple GOOGLE user ID's and using them to place false negative ratings and trying to have the staff member fired (which we won't do because she is a great team member.) Alex is not a client, nor has he ever been to our facility. Its is sad that people use social media to harass hard-working individuals. This post has been reported to GOOGLE who supposedly will delete fake reviews. We'll see. This is the 2nd false review from Alex, who used different user ID's. RULES ACCORDING TO GOOGLE: Spam and fake content: Content should reflect your genuine experience at the location and should not be posted just to manipulate a place’s ratings. Don’t post fake content, don’t post the same content multiple times, and don't post content for the same place from multiple accounts.

Sorry to hear that you are not happy with our services. Can you please tell me what service and when? We do not have you listed in our client list - maybe under another name? I did take the liberty to look at your reviews since you are a "Local Guide" - almost 50% were one or two stars. Still, I am sorry that you felt a need to review us so harshly - even though I still can't verify who you are.
