We did the 2-week board and train and were very pleased with the experience. Mike did a wonderful job with our dog—you can really tell how passionate and knowledgeable he is about what he does. During our take-home session, he was not only thorough in going over everything, but also did a great job explaining the how and why behind his training methods. We would highly recommend Dirt Road K-9.

My fiance and I were looking to get our Malinois and Border collie puppies trained. We first tried dog academy with no luck. Mike was recommended to us and reached out immediately when we inquired! We were able to train both our dogs at each session separately and get great tips each session! Mike was able to help us learn how to better train our dogs and be able to keep the training consistent with our dogs. We saw a huge behavior change when we started being more consistent with them and implemented the techniques we were taught. We would absolutely recommend using Mike at Dirt Road K9 for any dog training needs over any commercial company.
Mike did a great job w Titus. We got a much improved dog. We take him to outdoor venues, he sits quietly and we enjoy the music. Mike spent time with us reviewing the commands. He was very patient and thorough.

So the basic training sessions consisted of one hour a week for six weeks. Then I would train at home until the next meeting. If you want faster results Mike as board and train available. My dog is doing well in her exercises. I highly recommend Mike at Dirt Road K9. You won't be disappointed because your dog will listen to you and become the family pet you want.
