Divinity K9

I wish I didn’t have the need to write this review. We were looking for help with our little girl Brandi Grace. She is a Shiba Inu a very strong willed breed to say the least. We were looking for help with basic training. Crate training, leash, tolerance of other animals and potty training. Their training basically consisted of the Remote Dog Training Collar. Something I found out too late is not the proper thing to use on a Shiba. Our little girl came back to us after almost 3 weeks, thin, fearful and anxiety laden. She was not potty trained just the opposite she was not crate trained she was not leash trained and she was even more reactive with our other dog. Also, they never checked in to follow up and see how she was doing. It has taken us several months to work with her using different techniques to train her and she is now doing well. They have an amazing reputation and I am sure for many breeds they work very well. They unfortunately did not work well for us.

I cannot say enough great things about Jess and Jake at K9 Divinity. Leaving my 11-week-old puppy, Luey, for two weeks while I was on vacation was something I was extremely nervous about, but they made the entire experience so reassuring and stress-free. From the moment I dropped Luey off, it was clear he was in caring, capable hands. They provided consistent updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. During his stay, Luey did end up getting sick, and Jess and Jake handled the situation with incredible professionalism and care. They took him to the vet, made sure he received the proper treatment, and administered his medication without me having to worry at all. Knowing they were so attentive and proactive in a situation like that meant everything to me. When I picked him up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. If you are looking for people you can truly trust with your dog—especially a young puppy—I wholeheartedly recommend K9 Divinity. Jess and Jake truly go above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for the peace of mind they gave me during my trip. Looking forward to their continued partnership with Luey!

So pleased with the kindness, professionalism, and knowledge of Divinity K9! My 3 month old Redbone Coonhound, Ozzy, just finished the 2 week Boarding and Training program with Jake and Jessica. Ozzy is still the lovable, sweet puppy that I dropped off at Divinity K9 but now he is attentive to commands (sit, walk, here) and quickly corrects when I provide the guidance that Jake and Jessica educated me on. Ozzy’s whole disposition is much more well mannered. Even more important than what he has learned is the thorough instructions I received when I picked him up. Several hours of individualized time with me that included written and verbal instruction/education followed by watching them demonstrate and finally guiding me through the steps. You and your pup are definitely in great hands with this team!
