Doc's Obedience Behavior

This was the worst training experience I have ever had, and I have owned and trained my dogs at numerous places for 20 years. "Doc" bungled my registration. Instead of admitting that she had incorrectly entered my email proceeded to instruct me to check my spam folder. I decided not to humiliate her by asking her to forward the email she claimed to have sent to me and I let it go. Then she sent me paperwork instructing me to go to the wrong location for class. When I finally figured out her mistake and tracked the group down the class was halfway over. She barely apologized before accusing me of failing to look at the website. Not only was this not true but totally baseless. When I asked if my dog and I could sit in and watch the remainder of the class she ordered me to leave, suggested I had a "bad dog" (who she never met) and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the class I was registered for. This person is nothing short of insane. She may be an okay trainer but just hope she doesnt make a mistake mailed me the wrong location info. When I arrived she barely apologized before launching into an insane series of threats and accusations. She may be an okay trainer but she she is nothing short of insane. Hope we can get some good classes going in this area.
