Fee-based services include summer camps for kids, pet dog training classes, train your own service dog classes for civilians, and therapy dog classes.
We provide PTSD and mobility service dogs for Texas veterans and first responders at no charge. We provide reading dogs in schools at no charge. Therapy dog visits also provided at the family court, colleges, and hospitals at no charge to the organization or participants.

Hi,
We do not train dogs for dementia. We have pilot project underway to train diabetes alert service dogs. We hope to offer this expertise in 2024.

We just adopted a 7 yo male boxer who apparently hasn't been civilized beyond being housebroken. I haven't trained a dog since we had a puppy 45 years ago and don't know where to start. Do you have regular basic classes for adult dogs?

They do. Call them and they will let you know what classes they have coming up.
Our community has made contributions via grants and individual gifts to support service dogs for veterans. Sadly, we have not yet found a founding source to provide service dogs for civilians. For civilians, we have priced our Train Your Own Service Dog as low as possible. We also have a crowd funding tool to help you raise funds for your training efforts. Do u charge for boarding and training on service dog if I have a dog to train already?

Do you have small dogs to carry with you, fit in a carrier to take everywhere you go, that can sleep with me, 4yrs old, lap dog.
We do not. All our current service dogs in training will be 50 pounds or larger as adults. Unfortunately, we have not researched small dog breeders. There are a few small dog rescue groups in town, but we have not researched them either. Sorry we can't be more helpful.

And not to take anything from your business, but do you know any breeders for smaller dogs, in general not associated with anyone?
I am 12 and I have been helping animals basically my whole life, I am also very responsible. I am three months from being 13, and I am very eager to start right away, would I be aloud to volunteer here?

All three of my dogs have taken classes and I have never had a bad experience! We've done puppy class, manners, and sports foundations. My puppy just finished his first course earlier this month and his classmates were the future service dogs bred by Dog Alliance, but we never once felt like we were the odd pair. Cindi made time for us to talk about goals and when we had Cindy as a substitute instructor she did the same and also helped my shy puppy interact with one of the socialization stations after class when he had been too overwhelmed by the much bigger, boisterous (and adorable) lab mix pups.
Paige is another standout trainer! I took her manners and sports foundations class with my two year old and he was absolutely in love with her. I don't remember the names of the others we've worked with but they've all been amazing.
Rhys and I will be back for manners and sports foundations once he's old enough!

Caution#1: If you have concerns about your dog’s trainer, DO NOT bring those concerns to the attention of management, even in the most concerned, positive, and proactive manner. Be silent. Any information you share with management about the trainer CAN and WILL be used against you, and unfortunately, against your dog. It will damage your positive working relationship with the trainer.
Caution#2: Dog Alliance uses Salesforce, without the client’s knowledge or consent. Management states: “We track activity for every private lesson client so that if you work with another trainer or take a class, there is a way to easily pass along the history of each student and dog team.” Google AI views “track activity” a bit differently: “Salesforce has faced numerous incidents and accusations related to privacy violations, primarily due to data breaches, misconfigurations, and the handling of personal data.”

Love Naomi's Nose work class. My dog loves going to class every week. She is so knowledgeable and patient with the dogs and owners. I have only had great experiences at dog alliance.
