Dog Busters K9 Obedience

Emily was one of the rudest and unprofessional business owners I’ve have ever meet. If she yelled and screamed at the animals like she yelled and screamed at me and my husband when we asked for a refund for services rendered, then I’m glad I went with my gut and picked up my dog early. I’ve waited 6 months to post my negative experience in hopes she’d do the right thing and refund our $900 but unfortunately that isn’t going to happen. Don’t expect good customer service and please consider other boarding options!

I will have to say Becky and Emily (and the Team) are the sweetest kindest and best people to take care of your loved furry family. I would not take my dogs anywhere else, not a chance. I actually teared up today after dropping my little boy Sterling and my big girl Archer, yet knowing where they were made me feel so much better. The place, rather the facility because it’s so large that the dogs are at is quite amazing, Emily is a fantastic trainer as is Becky. They really really care about the animals and you can tell. They literally treat you like family, and treat the animals like family. They put the dogs in the best spot for each dog, for example my dogs do well together so they are accommodated in the same large crate, and there are a couple of little things that need to be done and they don’t mind doing it. Other places, literally any other place, charge you for every little thing that needs to be done. A two dollar charge, a four dollar charge, a six dollar charge, for some thing like mixing wet and dry food. Emily and Becky know that every dog is going to have its own mannerisms and its own style and need - therefore they don’t even flinch when you give them a short list of things that the dog may need. Not enough can be said about how great they are if I could give them 100 stars I would.
