Dog Class Pro Dog Training

I have been taking my Boston Terrier, Luna, to Joe for a little while now. We do the group class. Joe trains YOU how to train your dog! WOW what a difference these classes have made! This place has a laid back feel with no pressure- you and your dog can move at your own pace. Before you realize it you are moving up in levels in no time! Joe has all the answers, and although I was skeptical (mostly about my own training abilities) Luna has excelled with Joes direction! I highly recommend Dog Class and will take any of my future fur babies right back to him! I would give 10 stars if it were an option!

We have been with Joe over a year helping us with my 5 year old dog to become a service dog for my autistic son. She has done great. She was even at my wedding. My now husband and I adopted a puppy from Sangamon County animal control and he has helped us train her as well. I would recommend Joe to anyone who is having any kind of challenges with their new puppy or even their older dogs. Alyssa is also very helpful, friendly and professional when it comes to helping us find the best fit for training and scheduling time with Joe. They also treat our fur babies like they are their own.🥰

We bought a Cane Corso a few months back we heard rumors about the breed before hand so we researched and knew going in we wanted a trainer As soon as we picked up our boy Ragazzo we contacted Dog Class by Joe and that was proven this passed weekend to be a great idea Ragazzo just turned 6 mo and we went to tunica ms to see family stayed at casino hotel and he did amazingly well at 6 months we were very impressed and proud of both Ragazzo and the job Joe has done with him

We met Joe about 2 decades ago when we needed help with our then St. Bernard. That training allowed us to go in public places with no worries of her barking or lunging at people or dogs. Recently we adopted 2 dogs, one was initially reactive to all little dogs and our older dog. The other was seriously impossible to walk on a leash. Joe and Alyssa worked as a team to get us scheduled for private lessons and then group dog class. We have been taking our 2 adopted dogs to dog class 3 days a week unless we are away. We do indeed walk in ovals around the training room; however, that walk has given our dogs and us the opportunity to grow our skills together, learn more about what their triggers are and how to respond appropriately. Alyssa and Joe have been so encouraging and continue to provide the feedback and guidance for us to succeed. I am continually impressed with Joe’s knowledge of dig behavior and the dedication Joe and Alyssa have shown to us, those in our classes and the dog rescue community.
