Dog Class Pro Dog Training

My dog got kennel cough from here just last week. The owner nor their mother responded via phone or text. Communication is horrible. Scheduling always takes several texts or phone calls before any response is given. Even when it's on the day of drop-off or pickup I rarely know what time to go. Highly disappointed. The owner always tells me he is doing great but when he returns home there are behavior problems. I don't expect a perfect dog I expect professionalism from a such "highly rated" trainer. We're done here and will be finding a new trainer. Edit: It's been two years since my dog was there. Every day he cries when he's thirsty because he doesn't think he's allowed to drink water without being told. What kind of "training" does that to an animal?! He's scared to eat as well. We have to reassure him that it's ok. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Something is definitely wrong here. I don't know who is at fault the staff or Joe. But it comes down to him as he hires and approves the training methods used. My dog was traumatized and I regret every day that I sent him there. I can't imagine the torment he went through to cause such issues.
