Dog Dudes K9 Training

Dean did board and train with our 2 hound littermates and the improvement in the boys behavior has been incredible! They were wild, unruly, and made living with them difficult before the training. Since being home, they don’t jump (especially on my kids), they come when called, they place, and are truly able to be part of our family now. We had a few days of them testing us when they came home and Dean came within 24 hours of us calling to help us fix the situation and figure out what we needed to do. We are incredibly grateful for Dog Dudes and Dean for loving our boys and helping them become the best version of themselves for our family!

From the very beginning, Andy was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about setting both Lambeau and us up for success. Throughout the board-and-train program, he sent regular updates, photos, and videos so we could see Lambeau’s progress, which gave us so much peace of mind. What really stood out was pickup day. Andy didn’t just hand Lambeau back and send us on our way—he took the time to walk me through everything we had worked on, explain how to maintain the training at home, and answer every question I had. He noticed that Lambeau was responding differently to me than he was to him, and instead of rushing the process, he spent extra time coaching me until he felt confident I understood how to communicate with Lambeau effectively. Beyond the training itself, Andy was kind, honest, and incredibly understanding. At one point he reassured me that it’s okay to feel frustrated with your dog sometimes—that doesn’t make you a bad owner. He reminded me that’s exactly why Lambeau was there: to learn, grow, and strengthen our relationship. That validation meant more than he probably realized. We’re already seeing a huge difference in Lambeau’s manners and communication, and more importantly, we feel like we have the tools to continue building on what he learned. Andy was truly amazing and I think this training will be a game changer for our family. Our boy Charlie is so calm, relaxed, and just an absolute joy to be around. I highly recommend Andy for your dog training needs! He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, passionate, and great to work with. As a widow and mother of two, I was in need of help with training our Australian Shephard, Apollo. My late husband trained our older lab and having a new puppy worried me. However, my daughter wanted him to help with her grief. I was referred to Andy by a friend of my husband's. Andy has truly been a godsend! He listened to our needs and trained our rambunctious puppy! Andy sent daily updates and photos of our puppy's progress, which was always a pleasant surprise. I am happy to say I have noticed a huge difference in Apollo's behavior and demeanor.
