We left our 1.5 year old dog, Nyx, for three weeks at Dog Dynamix while we were on vacation, and it was worth every penny. I now have a dog I can run with, or leash hike, or "place" when guests come over (she's great outside of the house, but was overly protective of the door). Bonus points, she learned the command "quiet" as well (!) and her barking is notably more in control. (Barking at night has almost disappeared.) She's an anxious dog, and I think she very much prefers the new boundaries and hierarchy in the house. She's still, of course, so playful with the kids, and when I "release" her, she still (has permission to) go wild. I DO have to include the disclaimer that I believe it takes a LOT of at-home training to retain and reenforce all the new skills. Especially the first two weeks, but even now (a month later), I'm still practicing every single skill with her, every day. So make sure you're prepare and committed to carrying the training through the finish line of your own household! It will be worth it! Gratitude to the Dynamix trainers who seemed to really approach the training with care, respect, and love.

We got our pup Zoey as a rescue in early 2019, and weren't sure what we were going to get in terms of behavior and training. We lucked out in that she has a sweet temperament and was already housebroken, and had maybe had *some* training, but it was clear she needed a bit more direction. I happened to have a 3-week work trip that summer, and simultaneously stumbled upon Dog Dynamix's off leash board-and-train program - after meeting with one of the staff for an introduction, I knew it was meant to be! We go hiking a lot, and wanted to be able to take Zoey with us without worry. When we picked her up from the program, she was like the same dog, but enhanced - she was so much more calm and just magically knew all the commands - she truly just seemed *happier*! Best part, we take her hiking *all the time* and are able to have her off leash with zero issues even when there is wildlife around. Dog Dynamix is our go-to for boarding Zoey. Everyone on the team there is so kind and welcoming, and they truly LOVE dogs. We know that Zoey is going to have a great time when she stays - she knows the team, she gets to frolic around outside. And bonus for us, her training gets refreshed every time we go out of town! Zoey recently had the opportunity to spend some time with the team up at their Big Dog Ranch in Rifle - wow, what a time! She got to run around on 40 acres of property, and it was clear from the videos they sent us that she had an absolute BLAST. There are not enough great things we could say about Dog Dynamix! The friendly team, the quality of training, the care and love for the pups, the value for cost - it all just adds up, and we are so thankful to have Dog Dynamix as our trainer and boarding facility of choice!

My dog was very reactionary toward other dogs and would bark furiously and lunge at other dogs. I worked with another trainer and used techniques they came up with which helped a little but was not enough. It got to the point that I stopped taking her on walks because I was worried she would get away from me and I was embarrassed. I enrolled her in the Dog Dynamix 3 week program. I picked her up a week ago and she is a COMPLETELY different dog! They taught her to listen and quickly respond to commands (heel, sit, down, wait, stay, come etc). She will always want to react to other animals but I have been taught how to read her and redirect her. I am amazed at the difference! Highly recommend the program!! It is critical to complete the homework and then use the information to train myself to manage her the same way as the professional trainers.

From the moment you step through the door, it feels like the right place for your dog. Utter cleanliness, not a trace of dog smell; tons of space and props for dogs; spacious and functional kennels; access to outdoors. The best part is seeing your dog engaged and wagging tail on training videos. The techniques are explained thoroughly. During the visit, I noticed that all dogs were comfortable and resting - from hard work. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, methodical and results-oriented. The staff is amazing at providing guidance and preparing you for the program.
