Cyd is a compassionate and devoted pet trainer and in-home boarder. She treats all her clients' animals with the upmost respect and love. She is also focused on helping correct the challenging behaviors some of our pet's exhibit. The best news, she is highly motivated to increase her knowledge and expertise with continuing education! You do not need to look any further as Cyd is your go to for any training / boarding care that is required for your family pet. I've had the pleasure of knowing Cyd professionally, and her passion for animals is unmistakable in everything she does. Cyd really helped transform our dog. Before working with her in private sessions, he was anxious and reactive on walks, especially around loud street noises like light rail and box trucks. We were genuinely worried that he might panic, slip off leash, and get hurt. Through Cyd’s techniques, which involved redirection and positive reinforcement, he improved dramatically. She also taught us great ways to provide mental stimulation throughout the day, which made a huge difference in his overall behavior. Now, walks are way more fun. Our dog is much more attentive, calmer, and far less stressed day to day. We’re so grateful for Cyd’s guidance and highly recommend her.

Cyd has a great demeanor, and truly understands dogs’ body language and behaviors. I feel like I learned a lot about how to recognize when my dog is about to have an episode, and how to better mitigate the situation and prevent excess stress for my dog. I was very appreciative she was willing to come meet us in places where my dog frequents with me, so we have real life solutions in the environments we are commonly at.
