About Dog Gone Good Dog Training
Would you like a well-mannered dog, but just need some guidance? Let me help you learn how to build a relationship with your dog through positive based obedience training, leadership, and verbal and non-verbal communication. I cover all basic commands and everyday life situations, such as greeting people, going for a walk, and coming in from the yard. My services are very personalized, whether you are in a class situation, if I visit you at home, or we train long distance through video conferencing. Sometimes a combination of both is helpful. Dog training is not "one size fits all." Each dog/human relationship is unique and requires an individualized approach.

My dogs require much different training, one being reactive and one on track for therapy work, but the tools I’ve been given in our lessons so far have made them, and me, much more confident! We had a great experience at Dog Gone Good during multiple classes with our pup Otto. Leah has so much knowledge and shares it generously! Otto has come a long way, and with the valuable info my husband and I learned from Leah, I know there is no limit to how much more he can learn and grow. We had the BEST experience with the leash reactivity class. I never thought my dog would be able to be around other dogs, and we learned so many tools to help calm him so he isn't fully insane. It takes time, and I think we still have a lot to work on, but it's the most hopeful I've ever been. It left me so excited to continue training! Her training was logical and was really tailored to each dog. It wasn't just things you can google online!
Leah is awesome and we enjoyed her classes so much we kept taking them and now have a certified therapy dog!
