We are a team of dog trainers who offer in-home dog behavior help, dog training, multiples puppy socialization classes and Omaha's only low volume dog daycare.. We have fixed thousands of dog problems by showing people what they did or do to contribute to thier dog problems as well as how to fix them. Our primary objective is to teach and train you so well you can replace us! We are positive dog trainerws who are 100% force and punishment free. We use modern, ethical dog training methods and dog psychology to motivate dogs to want to do what you want. I have an agressive 1 yr old he recently bit grandkid he escaped house and chased folks who were walking around wife wants to put him down sat is there any hope he can be rehabilitated?

Yes, there's hope. Dog Gone helped my girl with the opposite problem but aggressive behavior is almost always something you can change with modifications! There's usually a root cause that can be fixed.

We had such a fantastic experience with Dog Gone Problems! Nala and her human parents truly enjoyed every class. Not only did Nala learn so much, but we learned right along with her. The groundwork training was excellent and really set everyone up for success. We feel confident continuing her training at home and are excited to watch Nala continue to excel using everything she learned at DGP. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it’s obvious they genuinely love what they do. The owner, David, is wonderful with dogs—his videos are easy to understand, informative, and honestly fun to watch. You can absolutely tell that he and his team enjoy their work, and that passion carries through the entire program. Our trainer, Jen, was AMAZING. She is upbeat, fun, and incredibly insightful. She always demonstrated techniques clearly, answered questions thoroughly, and made each class engaging. Most importantly, she truly cares about animals, and it shows in everything she does. One of the biggest reasons we chose Dog Gone Problems was their 100% positive reinforcement, force-free approach, and they absolutely delivered. We wanted a well-trained dog without the use of force, and DGP aligned perfectly with that philosophy. The weekly lessons were great, and the follow-up emails with videos, reminders, and helpful insights made a huge difference in reinforcing what we learned. We also loved the parent social media group—it’s a great way to help socialize your dog and connect with other owners who share the same training goals. We completed both the Elementary and High School classes and enjoyed every step of the journey. Definitely worth the investment. We can’t recommend Dog Gone Problems enough! 🐾

When I got my new puppy, I wanted to learn good training techniques for behavior control and for having fun with the little guy safely. I chose Dog Gone Problems and purchased the full curriculum of puppy kindergarten, elementary, and high school. He just graduated last night so I feel qualified to leave a review. The trainers are just outstanding. They give clear instruction in a very personable and fun way and that flows from the top - the founder, David, had to start a couple of classes and was just as engaging. More importantly, my puppy thoroughly enjoyed the classes (especially play-time at the end!) and would get excited when we pulled up to the facility. I especially want to call out Madison (kindergarten) and Jen (elementary and high school) for their outstanding instruction. Thanks ladies! I can't recommend Dog Gone Problems strongly enough. Just outstanding.

I have an 7 year old rescue (Olive) who is very sweet and submissive, super well behaved, but was very unsure of herself with new people and especially other dogs. Turns out my corrections were consistent but my validations were sounding too strong and she was taking it as a correction sometimes. Doggone Problems helped change that and she is better than ever. It's great to get some extra eyes on our relationship and processes with our dog, even though she had no real behavioral issues. My big take away was that even if you have a great dog, a little training by a professional can make it more fun and a better experience for everyone. We learned a few tricks as well and Olive delights visitors when she waits to hear the release command (Sushi!) to eat her food, and she can hang out with a piece of steak on her nose and paws patiently until we say "OK". Highly recommend.

We took all 3 puppy classes (kindergarten, elementary, and high school) with our mini bernedoodle, Bonnie. Jadyn is a wonderful instructor and we had a great time in her classes. She explains everything really well, always has time for questions and shares personal stories to help understand the hows and/or whys to different exercises. We have trained several dogs over the years and were amazed at all the new information and training tips provided. I love the amount of focus they place on properly socializing your dog as well as building a mentally balanced/sound dog. We have plans for a Clyde next year and will definitely be signing him up for classes as well.
