im leaving on military duty . my dog was attacked by another dog and hasn't been the same around other dogs ever since. is there any hope for training him to trust other dogs again?
Yes. He may need some medication to begin with, but most dogs do overcome this. They may be cautious at first, however with time and being around dogs that are nice most will overcome this.

I signed up to bring Izzy for day care from 9am to 2pm on Mon, Wed, Fri of this week--7, 9, 11 June. I hope it went through. I came across a payment page on your site but then I lost it and was unable to find it again. Can I come tomorrow?

I have a 6 month old jack Russell terrier. He obeys no commands. I need him to learn the 7 basic commands so we can enjoy him more. My husband and I are seniors who have always had dogs, but this one is so stubborn. What do you suggest.
Hi Betty. Thanks for getting in touch with Dog Gone Right. We offer several different training options for you to choose from. You can join a group class where you can learn how to train your dog. The group class meets once a week for 7 weeks and the classes are approximately 1 hour long. You will learn how to work and train him and will have to practice with him at home daily.
Option 2 is a 10-Day Day Training where you can bring him and we will train him for you. You would drop him off Mon-Fri between 6:45 - 9 am and pick him up between 3 & 6 pm. During the time he is there he would be trained by our professional trainer.
Option 3 is a 3-week Board & Train where he will stay at the trainer's home.

Both of our Mini Australian Shepherds go to daycare four times a week and they love it so much. They're always so excited when we pull in and they love the staff so much.
We've also done a group manners class. Ms. Carolyn is an absolutely amazing dog trainer. She's very knowledgeable and was able to help us and others in the class with problems specific to their dogs. Our two boys love her so much.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The owner came at me in a very ugly way today. I have been going to this place for three years with my dogs so you would think we would be a valued as a customer. The actual owner was the person that came at me horribly. Please do not send your precious babies to this woman.

"There is no way that is our dog" - My wife when watching the video recordings that Carolyn sent after spending a short 10 days of training time with Hawkeye. Every single day I was sent a summary/report card through the web app of how the training went with him, as well as pictures of him socializing with all of the other dogs.
I just left today after having my own introduction to training Hawkeye with Carolyn in a 1-on-1 session and am equipped with all the tools to make life at home with our pup a happy and controlled one!
I can't recommend Carolyn and Dog Gone Right enough. If you want your dog to get trained, I wouldn't look anywhere else--you won't be disappointed.
Hawkeye will be going back for daycare and other trainings in the future, guaranteed :)

I was absolutely impressed with training. Then put my Sam in daycare and she had an excellent time.. the report card and pics were awesome. Looking forward to enrolling Sam in the nose work class!!! Completely recommend Dog Gone Right!

I love these folks! And more importantly my puppy baby loves these folks! Our pitbull puppy was pretty unruly at home and they have totally helped with her. She is enjoying her doggie life so much more than she was before we met the Dog Gone Right crew. Thank you MATT, LINSAY, BRITTANY & KACY! And all the trainers behind the scenes!! You are the bomb! Maybelline loves yall!
