FirstBarkProduct has worked well through the years. Recently the owner provided us with a new rechargeable collar. Service was great (he hand-delivered and programmed the collar), and explained its function (the new collar worked differently with the existing system). Positive experience overall.

He made me feel very comfortable and worked hard to make sure my pet was safe again. I actually almost went with a different company, but I’m truly happy I was fortunate enough to have Garrett on my property as he was very nice to work with. He is very much committed to not only doing his job, but doing it well.
