I made a decision to adopt a dog and I have never had a dog before.Andi helped me in the process from the beginning telling me how to start the search. When I told her what I wanted in a dog she was quickly able to tell me search criteria and it helped get great matches. She then joined me in meeting the dog and helped me navigate and understand the whole process while always keeping my goals and priorities in the fore front. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in multiple dimensions for pet training, pet care and can tackle any behavior issues in pets even if it is a totally new and unique behavior. Her assessment of "what is it" is accurate and based on evidence and experience and then she explains "why is it". But her best gift is that she comes up with "what to do about it" in a way that is individualized and goal oriented. She makes a plan which is practical, easy to learn and follow and has great outcomes. She is extremely sweet and kind and so in a nutshell she will be yours and your pets best friend forever!!
