Hey Gina, thanks for taking the time to share this. We genuinely appreciate the feedback -even when it’s not a 5star one. We want to clear something up, because we think it's important. Our pricing isn't based on a limited number of lessons — we don't limit sessions or put a timer on your dog's progress. What we charge is based on results and how long we estimate the training will actually take. That's something we truly can't determine until we see your dog in person. Reactivity especially varies so much from dog to dog that quoting a number before meeting your dog would almost be doing you a disservice. We're not the cheapest option in Charlotte, and we've never tried to be. What we offer is nearly 20 years of experience, unlimited sessions, and a program built around your dog specifically. Not a one-size-fits-all package. That level of commitment has a cost. Here's the other side of that coin. We're a small business too. We do in-home consultations, which means we're sending a trainer to your home on our time and dime. If there's a significant mismatch between what someone can invest and what the training requires, that's not a good fit for either party. We're not trying to hide our pricing — we genuinely just can't give an accurate number until we see what we're working with. We'd rather not waste your time or ours. That said, your feedback is valuable and something we’ll work on improving so nobody walks into a consultation feeling caught off guard.
