Only employees are allowed in the pool for many reasons. Public pools fall under a lot more regulations. I would also have to keep the chlorine content higher if the public in using the pool, people are dirty animals. ;)

I highly doubt it, even if Peter is an amazing guy. Due to insurance and liability, owners are not allowed - only staff. Health risks as well.

Started taking our overweight dog to Dog Paddle about 2 weeks ago. She was not a water dog and had never had too much interest in swimming. We just finished our 2nd appointment with Peter and he has managed to not only get her in the water and swim but has gotten her to actually want to start swimming! He does a fantastic job and our fat non water dog had an great time today! We have now made a standing weekly appointment and look forward to more swimming!

If it wasn't for Dog Paddle our dog would be a beast!! We have a year and a half old 100% Blue Heeler who's very high energy! He LOVES his swimming time and so do we! Dog Paddle is great all around! Our pup gets 30 minutes of swimming AND a bath in a separate room! They even supply doggy dryers and brushes! It is a self service bath which is great, especially if your pup doesn't like going to the groomer! Baths are much easier with a tired pup!!
The owners really care about the dogs and know how to handle ANY kind of dog!! No need to worry of your dog doesn't do well with other dogs, they make sure the dogs won't encounter another! If you dont know if your dog will like swimming, they offer assisted swims (specific times). The assisted swim was perfect for the first time we brought our pup and they were very helpful with teaching us dog water safety.
We have a standing appointment twice a week and it's the best thing we have ever done for our dog!! No more having to worry about him getting attacked or getting all muddy at the dog park! But he still gets to use up his energy in a positive way!

My dog and I had the best experience at Dog Paddle. The owner and staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made sure my boy was comfortable and safe while getting used to the pool and clearly have the upmost love for dogs.
10/10 recommend :)
