Only employees are allowed in the pool for many reasons. Public pools fall under a lot more regulations. I would also have to keep the chlorine content higher if the public in using the pool, people are dirty animals. ;)

I highly doubt it, even if Peter is an amazing guy. Due to insurance and liability, owners are not allowed - only staff. Health risks as well.

I'm not sure but I'd be inclined to say yes based on a gut feeling of how the owner is (in a good way)
