Kristi came highly recommended from our veterinarian. We called her right away and scheduled a visit. She came to our home and was visibly frustrated when she came in the door. I had to work to calm her down. I nearly asked her to leave my home, but after 10 minutes we got her to talk calmly to us and answer our questions. Unfortunately, she couldn't explain why her method of training was any better than the training that we had used in the past; she kept telling us to watch her online and explain why the methods we were taught were wrong. I wanted answers, and she could not provide these. She also had told us that she would allow us to come to a training session and would provide us with the information after the visit; this did not happen. She failed the interview so she was not hired. We are happy to stick with our former trainer. We were looking for a different approach, but her encounter proved to us that we had the best trainer already for our difficult dogs.

I have known this group of people for a good period of time. I have seen them work diligently and effortlessly. They are a very good team that works together and listens to others. They are willing to try new things and improve their training. They have an excellent leader who mentors them. If you have any problems they are willing to help you resolve them no matter what. They are willing to show you how to do things to maintain your training at home so that your lifestyle will always be comfortable with your canine friends. This is a very professional group of people they treat each canine as if they were their own.

Programs are flexible and proficient. I have sent three dogs through two different programs and it has positively impacted our household and family. The biggest compliment I have gotten was from a guest visiting my home. We had a brief conversation at my entry, and then moved on into the house. Once they entered into my living room and saw my dogs peacefully waiting on their "place" they commented, "I didn't even know you had dogs!" Enough said.
