Dog Training Club of Tampa, Inc

I feel badly writing this review but I’m also very frustrated and disappointed. The club operates with volunteer help only as far as I know so I’ve tried to be really patient but it’s been over a month of constantly hitting a brick wall. I signed up for a group class and attended one class before I had an unexpected schedule change. I wasn’t able to attend the classes at that time anymore so I asked for a refund on the classes I hadn’t taken yet. I’ve sent email after email and website messages with almost no response. The response I did receive informed me that the club policy is you must request a refund 7 days BEFORE classes start. This is not only a very unforgiving policy but it’s also not posted anywhere on the website as far as I can see. (If it’s posted now then this is definitely a recent update and was not present when I registered for the class). I was then offered credits to take another class but that didn’t materialize either. I will not be returning to this club and I’m out over $100 for classes I never took. There are far more forgiving and fun dog training facilities where I’d recommend spending your money.
