We recently completed five weeks of training with Diane's puppy class for our young miniature poodle. Diane knows dogs and dog behavior and enabled us to work on the first steps to us having a well-trained companion. Diane uses other trainers with her in class to allow for full engagement with all of the students. We plan on enrolling our pup in the next step in obedience classes as well as AKC Canine Good Citizen program and will absolutely be going back to Diane's Clever K9's!

I have had the honor of Diane’s training now with two of my dogs. From puppy classes, to basic obedience, to Canine good citizen, to one on one private obedience work, to week long dog and Diane all day training sessions. I could not be more pleased with the results I’m seeing in my dogs behaviors. He gets so excited when we pass creature comforts, or when he hears Diane’s voice playing on the many videos she shares to update us on his day by day training progress. It’s incredible to see that my dog appreciates and enjoys her company, I think he actually misses working for her.. Diane really loves to work with dogs and it shows in a giant way. Her experience, patients with handler and dog, knowledge, strict attention to safety, stellar environment and pure love for what she does is second to none. The best part for me is my dog seems to really love to work with her too.

We attended Diane’s puppy class and then basic training class with our dog George. Diane is amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. I’ve been around dogs and dog training my entire life and still learned new ways of encouraging and motivating our George. The classes are structured, organized, and controlled, Diane provides materials to review and practice with each week at home which I found very helpful! In puppy class our dogs were able to socialize together while being supervised in a safe manner after lessons. George walked away from the five week class with basic puppy manners and was on his way to proper dog socialization. During basic dog training the dogs got a run through of manners and then we added to those with additional skills each week. Again Diane has prepared homework and the class was organization and safely run for all parties involved. We will be returning to Diane for her Canine Good Citizen class just as soon as we are able!

Diane provided a clear format for her basic obedience class. It was COVID compliant. The information was well presented and reinforced with drills. Diane's genuine love of dogs and their well being was obvious! I would recommend her class!
