If you express your dissatisfaction with Jared prepare for a long drawn out ramble about how you, the dog owner, is the problem not the lack luster training methods or ill fitting collar. I purchased a very over priced package and only received two in home visits. I complained about the "one size fits all" collar for my 12 pound dog and they ghosted me for two months. I reached out for a refund and was told tough luck, you signed a no refunds contract. I even tried to work with the credit card merchant for months with no luck. I am out thousands of dollars for two in home visits and a collar I cannot use and do not recommend. Proceed with caution, there is a reason he has a no refund policy. If they had effective training and equipment you wouldn't need that. ****In response to the below, because you were not truthful from the start, I cannot trust you in turn, I cannot trust you to train my pets. I never stated that Cooper was doing well, my complaint from the start was the collar not fitting him properly. I was told by the trainer you sent to my home that she was going to speak with Jared and get back to me, then complete silence for two months. Due to the incompetence and the fact that you are not trustworthy I asked for a refund. I prefer that you are not in my home or around any of my animals. Obviously this has been an issue before hence the "no refunds" and the no "guarantees" either.

Super great experience. Did both puppy training and adult training. Jared and Sydney were the two trainers we worked with and were both awesome. Would highly recommend them and loved doing the group training as well!

So grateful for Jared and his incredible team of trainers. I got my first dog and had no clue what I was doing. My sweet dog was running the show and pretty out of control..my fault! But thanks to the training and encouragement Cash is like a new dog! He still has his sweet spunky personality but now I don’t feel so overwhelmed, and I am in control. Thank you guys so much!

I’ve had my first four private training sessions with Sydney and I’m so impressed at how well Max has done! Max had become very reactive towards other dogs and very anxious in general towards people. In 4 weeks he’s gone from barking and growling at other dogs to sitting calmly as they walk by. He’s gained more confidence and learning not to be anxious in situations where he’s not as comfortable. 100% worth the training. I also love that I’m involved in the one on one and class training and not just dropping Max off for two weeks to be trained. We are both learning and it’s been invaluable. Sydney is very knowledgeable and personable. I’ve loved working with her!

My dog and I LOVED our experience at dog trailing elite. Not only does my dog get excited for the training sessions but it has really made her more calm and obedient. I wish I did this sooner. Highly recommend them! The trainers are so nice and reply to my messages so quickly. I'm so pleased with their services!
