FirstBarkPeter and Janna are the BEST! My puppy Suki, who is very rambunctious and goofy, has been learning so much over the last several months working with Peter. She has done day care with training, and also a two week boarding and training trip.

Peter at Dog Tribe is very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought him my 2 mini poodles, and after 5 years of no training, they were chronic barkers. He guided me and them to greatly reduce their nuisance barks. I am so thrilled with the results of his training, and I can’t recommend him enough.
I haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing them yet, but based on the phone call I received, they’re very friendly and informative. The prices and availabilities are wonderful. Try them out for yourself and see what I mean.
Peter trained our German Shepherd to learn intermediate commands, overcome reactivity, and how to handle inbound from other dogs. We did a 4-week board and train with Peter before relocating into a brand new environment (busy city, new smells, loud noises). The investment was invaluable and helped prepare our GSD to be more confident. We recommend Dog Tribe and Peter 10/10!

Peter was great to work with. My 11 month old German Shepherd, Buddy, did the 4 week Adventure Dog Program and the difference is huge. Before, walks were pretty stressful. He pulled a lot, got distracted by everything, and it just wasn’t that enjoyable. Now he’s calm, focused, and actually really nice to walk. I liked that the program is really focused on real-world situations. Buddy learned off-leash skills, distance commands, and how to handle busy environments without getting overwhelmed. I feel like I can actually take him places now and trust him to behave. The weekly sessions helped a lot too. Peter didn’t just work with Buddy, he showed me what to do and explained things in a way that made sense. I learned how to be more consistent and how to structure things better, which made a big difference. Honestly, this was a big financial investment for us and I was hesitant but the results are totally worth it.
