Dog U

They kept my dog while I went on vacation, and I was very disappointed with their service. I have only ever heard great things, but my experience was horrible. I called the second day to check on her and was told she was doing great. Friday, the day I picking her up, I called cause we was gonna be able to pick her up sooner than expected, so I wanted to make sure she would have time for a bath. When I called I was placed on hold for them to call down and check. They couldn’t get anyone so they said they would call me back and let me know. I completely understand that, but hours later, no call. So once I was 30 minutes out, I called again and was informed after being on hold again that she was at the vet getting check out because she had a bad cough (She has been fully vaccinated, everything up to date). I was told I needed to wait to till the vet got back from lunch to pick her up. When I left her she was fine, and she came home sick, which I understand happens! But they could have at least called me and tell me she was at the vet and what’s going on. I’m very unhappy with their service and I will not be back!
